Ellie Mae had a dream to start her own organic farm which would provide wholesome, fresh produce for her family, friends & neighbors.
After retiring as a social worker in the state of Minnesota, Ellie Mae followed her instincts by promptly moving to Sheridan, Wyoming and buying a luxurious farm just outside the city.
Since that time, the farm has expanded in size and inventory, producing enough organic crops to support a national market.
